Year 10 students have made connections across the Australian Loreto network through this year’s Mary Ward Connect program, with visits to Loreto Kirribilli in Sydney and Loreto Marryatville in Adelaide.
The program provides students with an opportunity to experience life at another Loreto school while building friendships with students who share their school’s values and traditions.
As part of the exchange, Year 10 students visited the interstate schools, while students from across Australia were also welcomed to Ballarat.
The program offers the opportunity to travel, providing students with a chance to connect through shared experiences, values and the unique Loreto community.
For many students, the interstate visits are also an opportunity to form new friendships that extend beyond their own school community.
Mary Ward Connect continues to play an important role in bringing together students from Loreto schools across Australia and strengthening the connections within the wider Loreto network.
