School bus services
A number of different services are available for Loreto students, depending on where you live.
CDC Ballarat runs designated school bus services to schools in Ballarat. This includes all areas covered within the Ballarat Bus network.
CDC network routes and timetables are available here or you can contact CDC Ballarat on 5331 7777 or cdcballarat@cdcbus.com.au
A myki card is required for travel on the CDC network.
Students who live in the surrounding areas (Country Network) must register for Country Bus travel to secure their spot on the bus and to ensure their eligibility for any travel allowance. Please contact the Ballarat Bus Coordinator, Kylie Hayles, on 5334 3579 or Kylie.Hayles@education.vic.gov.au

Conveyance Allowance
This allowance provides financial assistance to eligible families for transportation to and from school in rural and regional Victoria. It goes towards transport costs and is available for travel by public transport, private car and private bus. To be eligible, a student must live 4.8km or more from the school and attend their closest government or appropriate non-government school/campus located outside the metropolitan conveyance boundary.
