Our Board
The Loreto College Ballarat Board, a company limited by guarantee, is responsible for the College and reports to Loreto Ministries Limited (LML).
LML is the entity established by the Loreto Province of Australia and Southeast Asia for the governance of Loreto schools in Australia. LML is the Company Member of each Loreto School.
The Board is appointed by LML and is accountable to LML for the ministry of the school. The Principal is appointed by the Board, with the approval of the Company Member (LML), and is responsible for the leadership and management of the School and accountable to the Board.
