On Monday 9 September, seven talented Loreto musicians proudly represented the College at the Ballarat Secondary Schools Orchestra Concert, a collaborative event bringing together orchestral students from across Ballarat.
Our MSSO members were Bridie (Year 10 - violin), Matilda (Year 9 - violin), Sophie (Year 9 - violin), Elsa (Year 9 - clarinet), and Lilah Rose (Year 7 - trumpet).
The Bella Quartet comprising of Ashley (Year 12), Baeli (Year 10), Matilda, Lilah Rose, and accompanist Jane Nice joined the concert to deliver a moving Acknowledgement of Country in Waddawurrung language, followed by a powerful performance of For Good from Wicked.
