We are pleased to invite applications for an Education Systems Coordinator (Digital) to join the College. In this newly created role, the Education Systems Coordinator (Digital) will be responsible for the coordination, implementation and continuous improvement of digital systems and platforms that support the College’s teaching, learning, wellbeing and operational needs.
A key focus of the role is the staged rollout of a new school management system, requiring a structured and collaborative approach to project coordination, change management and staff support. The Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and ongoing optimisation of the College’s digital platforms including the Learning Management System (LMS) with a strong emphasis on process mapping, documentation and refinement.
Acting as a central point of contact for system-related queries, the Coordinator will support staff through transitions and upgrades by providing clear guidance, training and troubleshooting. The role is ideal for someone with who likes to combine their technical knowledge with their passion for streamlining workflows and improving system functionality to enhance day-to-day operations across the College.
To succeed in this role, applicants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in coordinating projects or system implementations, ideally in an educational setting or similar environment;
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to map and improve business processes;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and support a wide range of stakeholders;
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to planning, documentation and change management;
- Experience in an educational setting and familiarity with platforms such as TASS, SIMON and Intellischools are highly desirable.
