To begin the enrolment process, complete and begin your online application. You don't need to have all the relevant information to begin your application. Any supporting information can be added prior to the closing date. If any required documentation is missing, we will contact you.

If you’ve started your application, now is the time to finalise and submit it before Friday 6 February 2026. All required reports and additional information such as sacraments and awards need to be uploaded prior to this date.

As Year 7 applications are reviewed, we will request an interview with you and your daughter. These interviews allow us the opportunity to get to know you and your daughter.

Following the application and interview process, successful families will receive an official Offer of Enrolment from Loreto College Ballarat. This offer outlines the next steps to secure your daughter’s place with us.
